This photograph was taken recently by Matt Glaser. By placing his camera on a tripod, Matt was able to blur the motion of the water by utilizing a slow shutter speed on his manual SLR camera.

deadline approaching

The deadline to hand in forms and money for the Philadelphia trip is fast approaching! Get them in by Friday the 27th to Ms. Knox.

Photo Club Fundraiser:

Thanks to all who came out on Monday to support the photo club! The fundraiser was a huge success and we raised over $200!

We are going to prison.....

Photography club is taking our first overnight field trip to Philadelphia PA on April 14th and 15th. We are going to tour and photograph the Easten State Penitentiary. You can read more about this photogenic location here:

We will be staying at the lovely Chamounix Mansion youth hostel. The hostel is located in beautiful Fairmont Park in Philly. This will also be a great place for students to take photographs and get out and enjoy nature. You can read more about this here:

Field trip forms must be handed in with $110 check or cash to Ms. Knox by friday March 27th!
